REGISTRATION FEES

*Student rate
Only students enrolled in Bachelor or Master courses can take advantage of the “student rate”.
Student rate doesn’t include welcome reception and Conference Dinner that can be added as extra costs.
Students registering and paying “Student Rates” must submit an official letter (in English) from their University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating their current student status. This document must be submitted when registering. Please send a scanned copy of this letter to giuseppina.pappalardo1@unict.it.

**Please make sure you make the correct payment according to the classification of the country from which you derive your salary/income.
If you are unsure, check the list of country categories on the conference web page.

 Cancellation Policy 
All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Administration
For written cancellations received on or before 31 August, 90% of the registration cost will be refunded (including conference registration, social event).
50% of the registration cost will be refunded if a written cancellation is received between 31 August – 06 October.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 06 October 2023.
All cancellations must be submitted to the Conference Administration. All refunds are subject to € 50 standard card processing fees.
